Located in Songxia Industry Park with 120,000 square feet building foot printworkshops and 2 laboratories: the workshops include: Die-casting, polishing, CNC, powder coating, LED die bonder & encapsulation, SMT (dust free), LED work lights and light bars assembly, LED conversion kits and rear bulbs assembly (dust free), packaging, as well as the following laboratories: integrated environmental and auto light optical laboratory.
(We are still recruiting more professional engineers.) We have already created a complete system for quality control, all production process¡¯ are strictly controlled under TS16949 system.
